feat: add Vue 3 and Axios, configure Vite plugin
Install vue@3.5, @vitejs/plugin-vue@6.0 (Vite 8 compatible), and
axios@1.9. Add vue() plugin to vite.config.js alongside existing
laravel and tailwindcss plugins.
